Every year, women head into the colder months feeling depleted, dreading the darkness, and running on empty. We push through instead of pausing · and by December, we're exhausted before the festive season has even started.

The Found Winter Retreat is a 4-day escape designed to change that. Hosted exclusively for women, in a cosy country venue in the heart of Glastonbury, this is your permission to stop · and your toolkit to thrive.

You'll move your body with intention, nourish it with beautiful seasonal food, reset your hormones for winter, and leave feeling genuinely well. Not just for the weekend · for the whole season ahead.

Cosy Country Accommodation

Three nights in a private Glastonbury venue, exclusively ours for the weekend. No other guests, no distractions.

Every meal is anti-inflammatory, seasonal, and beautifully prepared by our specialist chef. Gluten-free and dairy-free options throughout.

Pilates, yoga, yin and nidra. All levels welcome, from complete beginner upwards.

I created Found. because I believe women deserve better information about their bodies · and a community that actually gets it. The retreat is the next step in that mission: a space where you can stop, breathe, and be genuinely looked after.

I'll be there throughout the entire weekend, alongside our all-female team of expert coaches, speakers, and our incredible chef. Whether you come solo or with a friend, I'll make sure you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

This is the retreat I've always wanted to attend. I'm so excited to be hosting it for you.

Everything you need to know.

Absolutely, and many guests do. The small group size makes it easy to connect, and the intention setting session on Friday evening is a lovely, low-pressure way to meet everyone. Solo guests often say it's one of the highlights of the weekend.
All movement sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have been practising Pilates and yoga for years. Our instructors offer modifications throughout so you can always work at the level that feels right for you.
All food is gluten and dairy free as standard. After booking, you'll receive a welcome email from us which includes a form to share any additional dietary requirements or allergies — including vegan, nut allergies, or anything else we should know about. Our chef will then make sure you're fully catered for throughout your stay.
The venue is around a 20–30 minute taxi ride from the nearest train station — an easy and scenic journey to ease you into the weekend. If you'd like us to arrange a taxi for your arrival or departure, we're happy to help coordinate this for you; just let us know in advance and please note this will be at your own cost. Free parking is also available on site if you're driving. Full venue details and directions are shared with all guests after booking.
Everything from the moment you arrive: 3 nights accommodation, all meals from Friday dinner through to Monday breakfast, all movement sessions, all wellness talks, full spa access (sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool), the dessert workshop, and all ceremonies. The only extras are your travel to and from the retreat, and an optional massage which is priced directly by the venue with no markup from us.
Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, bookings are non-refundable — however, if we are able to resell your space, we will refund you in full. Please get in touch as soon as possible if your plans change and we will do everything we can to help.
Not at all. The retreat is open to all women, whether you've been part of the Found. community for years or you're discovering us for the very first time. You are very warmly welcome.
